Mindful Self-Compassion (8 week)
This 8-week training program is designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion, a powerful tool for emotional agility and resilience.
The program teaches the core principles and practices of Mindful Self-Compassion that allow us to admit our shortcomings, motivate ourselves with kindness, forgive ourselves when needed, relate wholeheartedly to others, and be more authentically ourselves.
Mindful Self-Compassion (retreat)
This 5-day residential program is an intensive form of the internationally recognized, eight-week training program in Mindful Self-Compassion developed by Christopher Germer and Kristin Neff.
Cultivating self-compassion enables us to cope with life’s challenges, bounce back from difficulties, and is strongly associated with lower levels of stress and anxiety, healthy habits relating to diet and exercise, more satisfying compassionate relationships, emotional agility and well-being.
