Another way

Today I am reminded of how love and our ability to connect can be challenged by the way we respond to the stressors that play out in our life. While seeking out someone else to be on our side may validate our view of the world, what we really need is to find new ways of being and responding, so that we can reconnect to a sense of wellbeing within ourself and our relationship with others.
