Counselling to create loving relationships and wellbeing

landscape of life is dedicated to building human connection, helping people create healthy relationships and wellbeing in all aspects of life.

Counselling at landscape of life integrates the paradigms and practices of modern psychology and neuroscience, Western relational psychology and Eastern contemplative practice to help people develop a better understanding of themselves and others, navigate the challenges and transitions of life and make the changes they want in life.

What counselling services are available?

At landscape of life we provide counselling for individuals and couples. Counselling services are designed to:

  • enrich, renew or repair a relationship
  • enhance physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing
  • develop a greater sense of meaning and purpose in life
  • manage current problems, crises or longer-term difficulties
  • change long standing patterns of behaviour that impact relationships and wellbeing.

Counselling services are usually face to face. Consultations via Zoom or FaceTime are available by arrangement.

How will the counsellor support me?

Wellbeing and relationship counsellor Jo Gniel works with respect for the uniqueness of her client’s values, beliefs and right for self-determination.

The non-judgemental, accepting nature of counselling provides a space to face painful experiences, explore and resolve issues and illuminate the unknown aspects of self. Counselling helps take people beyond where they might go themselves.

Being ready for growth and change, takes honesty and courage. In deciding you want positive change in your life, you have already taken the first important step alone. You can have support for what comes next.
