All things have a beginning, a middle and an end. Yet in life when we begin to blame others, we get caught in the midst of feeling anger, sorrow or loneliness and a fear that it may never end. 
To own the blame and instead be with the feelings, the possibility of loving-kindness and compassion for self and other may emerge.
